Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened soaps.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund, whichever makes the most sense.
Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer
Because everyone’s skin is different, we are unable to offer refunds for reactions or scent preferences. Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing and reach out with any questions—we’re always happy to help!
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
