Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in packing and shipping your handmade soaps so they arrive safely and smell amazing.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our soaps are handmade, processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or product launches.

 

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently ship using USPS Ground Advantage. If you would like your order shipped a different way; ie USPS Priority/UPS,  please feel free to reach out and we would be able to give you a shipping quote.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days for domestic shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

 

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, if something goes wrong, please reach out—we’re always happy to help however we can.

 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
